Lab: 'Walking and Breathing Commons'
On October 1, 2025, I led a walking session called 'Walking and Breathing Commons' which was co-designed with Nuraini Juliastuti and Rifki Akbar Pratama of KUNCI. This event is a part of the Lab: 'Commoning psychological anthropology: Collective Care, Well-being and Imagined Norms,' co-organised with Victoria Kumala Sakti and Kathryn Bauer at the German Anthropological Association Conference, University of Cologne.

Autumn School 'Embracing Faith and Desire: Anthropology of Gender, Sexuality and Religion,'
In the Autumn School that I co-organised with Viola Thimm, we explored the intersections of gender, sexuality, and religion through an anthropological lens, considering how these intersections are both sites of volatile contestation and spaces of creative transformation in contemporary societies worldwide. This event is held at FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg on September 26-29, 2023.

Workshop 'Negotiating Scholar-activisms and Divergent positionalities'
The workshop that I co-organised with Rosa Cordillera A. Castillo, and joined by Chester Arcilla and June Rubis focuses on modes of scholar-activism that engage with solidarity practices between diasporic and homeland politics in Southeast Asia. This event is held on December 6, 2021, as a part of InFact (Introducing Future Academic Collaboration) network initiated by Humboldt University Berlin and the University of Zurich.

Workshop facilitator ‘Organising’
From October 2-5, 2018, I facilitated a workshop participated by artists and cultural producers from southern Africa at the Visual Arts Network South Africa (VANSA), Johannesburg. In this workshop, we discussed problems and challenges in sustaining collaborative artistic practices and socio-political engagements in the context of precarious art infrastructures and exploitative environments.
